How to add content to the Front Page in Joomla! 1.0.x

STEP 1

Click on Content Items Manager on the Front Page of the Joomla! 1.0.x  interfacein the Back End

STEP 2

Once the Content Items Manager opens you’ll see all of your Content in the List, under the heading Front Page you’ll see a Red Cross for each content article.

STEP 3

Click on the Red Cross and it will be changed to a Green Arrow or Checkmark.

STEP 4

Once it has a Green Checkmark, it means that the content will now be displayed on your Front Page.

STEP 5

Switch back to the Home Page on the Front End, and now you’ll see that each Content Items Intro text that was selected for the Front Page will now appear on theFront Page or Home Page of your site.
